Do you feel like you don't have enough time for a workout. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 45 minute sessions or Quick30, 30 minute training sessions could be what you are looking for.

Generally these are small group sessions that will help kickstart your fitness!

We welcome women of all ages and abilities to join our weekly classes to develop new skills, while building cardiovascular fitness in a relaxed, fun team environment

Men's football fitness

For men of all ages and abilities to try the beautiful game for the first time, or to pick it up where they left off. 

Our weekly sessions will help you learn and develop new skills, keep fit and there is always time for a match!

Kids football sessions

We aim to keep the ball rolling as much as possible, with all kids involved and engaged. No kids standing in a line waiting for their turn.

At whatever stage your child is at they will have fun, learn and develop new skills

1-2-1 coaching 

1-2-1 coaching sessions for boys and girls. These sessions can help players improve their skills, technique and gain confidence.  

1-2-1 sessions can be tailored to the individual with personalised session plans to help you achieve your goals

Goalkeeper training

The most specialised position in football needs specialised training. The goalkeeper is often overlooked in 'normal' team training sessions.

Goalkeeper coaching sessions will provide aspiring goalkeepers with the tools to improve their game and learn the many techniques that are specific to their position.

Football parties

A memorable birthday party for football-loving kids, with medals for all participants and captains armband for the birthday child

Corporate & team building football events

Swap the office for the football pitch. Games and activities have been developed to be both fun and active, physically and mentally.
